We provide comprehensive and world-class orthopaedic services and this department offers specialized care in the field of complex trauma, poly-trauma and related sub-specialities. This department at our hospitals delivers personalised care utilising the latest research and evidence-based medicine. The department provides management related to disorders of bone, joint and a variety of musculoskeletal disorders.
The results at Trauma Centre are excellent as the patients are attended immediately by senior qualified Consultants who are available in the hospital 24*7 and the patient need not wait for the next day to be operated, thus the patient is attended during the GOLDEN hour which is crucial for better outcome.
Trauma centre operates 24 hours a day and seven days a week. The Trauma team comprises of highly skilled surgical team comprising of Trauma surgeons, Orthopaedic Surgeon both adult and pediatric, Neuro and Spine surgeons, Plastic and General Surgeons. The surgical team is backed by experienced Anesthetists, Cardiologists, Neurologist, Physicians and Intensivists.
EMERGENCY ROOM
Once the patient reaches the emergency – assessment of the patient is done to ensure those who have suffered a major trauma are attended first, under the supervision of consultants, who are assisted by ACLS & ATLS trained nursed.
STATE OF THE ART FACILITIES
The Medical team has access to state of the art Diagnostic centre, Laminar flow Operation theatres which ensure negligible infection rates with an efficient ICU back up.
RE- HABILITATION
Patients who have suffered serious injuries need extended care by many professionals like PhysiotherapistOccupational therapistspeech therapistPsychiatristvocational therapists and rehabilitation nurses who will assist the patient and their families to become near normal again. Our Hospital Health care is extended from Hospital to Home care. Rehabilitation is also extended for stroke patientsAlziemersaccident Victims and for patients with various neurologic disorders.
